Sordid Lives

warm up
Warming up for our Saturday morning run, before the rain/hail/snow hit. I’m going to do a solo run at the gym today–the Boy’s worked out a schedule for me. Obviously I cannot stop eating (drat!), soooo…upping the movement seems logical.

Brother Boy
I just discovered “Sordid Lives”, a 2008 t.v. show that only ran for one season. It was also a movie that came out in 2000, with most of the principal cast playing the same roles. My favorite character is Leslie Jordan as “Brother Boy”–unfortunately institutionalized by his parents in a mental asylum for being a cross-dressing homosexual. I love Leslie Jordan–even before I enjoyed him as Beverly Leslie in “Will & Grace” I was crying/laughing over his autobiographical film “My Trip Down the Pink Carpet“.

DIY pattern
Making my own pettipants patterns.

pin cushion
My mother-in-law gave me a magnet for picking up stray pins off the ground–fantastic, because I usually pick them up with my bare feet.

pettipants plans
The revolution is near!

at the window
The girls watching the action outside–our landlord putting up a new fence between our house and our neighbor’s house.

sunset inside
The sunset the other night was incredible.

I was on Flickr later that night and some of my Seattle Flickr contacts had already uploaded photos of the sunset, bragging about how they were “unedited”. Well, who needs to add anything? Look at that cuh-luh!

Maggie watching the sunset
Maggie’s licking her anus really slowly this morning, stopping along the way to chew something. Disgusting.

  1. Apparently, it’s all about layers even in regards to Maggie’s ass! Eeeewwwww! Alright, off to ask Husband to please find “Sordid Lives” for me. Anything with Leslie Jordan, and recommended by you, I must see! Happy Snow Day! We’re just trying not to float away…we were actually an island yesterday!!!

  2. make sure you see the pink carpet movie! it’s so cute! the most shocking thing about the t.v. show “Sordid Lives” is Olivia Newton John’s terrrrrible plastic surgery, oof. girl.
