Hola, blog. It’s Wednesday and do you know what that means?

Well, not a lot, as it turns out. I mean, I have to water the plants on Wednesday. But what ELSE?

Why, tonight at 10 pm it’s time for the latest episode of “American Horror Story: Hotel”! Yayyyy! Unlike previous seasons, I am WAY invested in this shit.

So invested, in fact, that upon viewing less than 5 minutes of Lady Gaga’s outfits in the first episode, I made a sweeping decision to change our Halloween costumes entirely. THEY ARE THAT GOOD!

The hardest part was choosing which look I wanted to copy. I settled on this one, and started sending away for the components. I now have a white dress and turban, just need to make the red leather “kill” glove, and decide on footwear.

One of my gay IG buddies sent me this link of a chick in London who has already done this particular look of Gaga’s, and did it INCREDIBLY WELL, UGH, I hate over-achievers, don’t you?

The white dress that I ordered is incredibly sheer, so I’ll have to dust off the nude Spanx to make it work.

I mean, it’s not like we have any PLANS, we’re not throwing a party this year (sniff, sob…), but it’s important to dress up on Halloween nonetheless!

I was so proud of us for painting our entire kitchen and dining room two weeks ago when we were both sick. I loooooove those colors.

Ohhhh Fall is here and not too rainy (yet) and all the colors are changing and it’s so lovely.

Yesterday a patient said horrible things to me and for some strange reason it propelled me into a terrible mood for the rest of the day (sorry, everyone) (who doesn’t read this blog anyway). Today that patient was nice, though. Thank goodness.

Dealing with grumpy old men is a huge part of my job but sometimes they get to me. I hate it when they do, but it happens.

Josh and I put forth a very small amount of energy decorating this year. Our house is surrounded by small children, so we will definitely get trick or treaters.

I was planning on buying candy at the last minute. Josh and I cannot be trusted with any sort of large bag of “fun” sized candy. We will eat it all, and quickly. Fun!

Meanwhile, I need to figure out the best product for lightening my eyebrows and hairline…temporarily.

It’s been a few weeks, no doubt several drag queens have released Lady Gaga make-up tutorials, right? Right.

My new running shoes arrived yesterday and they feel like a dreeeeeeam. I hope I don’t have more pain after running tonight! Pain sucks! Later dudes.
