I made these pettipants for Mumsie, who requested “flannel”, “paisley”, and “rickrack”. Done, done, and done! I was cruising flannels at the fabric store and this fabric is so cute I actually gasped. If a fabric makes you gasp, you must buy it! That’s my motto (explains why I have a long-standing collection of velvets, faux furs and silks that I am scared to cut).
