I decided to make a batch of shorter-length pettipants, since the first several pairs I made were fairly long, 23 inches. I’ve made a few pairs of the shorter-length and I like the way they look.

This floral fabric is lightweight and a little sheer, so I changed the category of the pettipants from “shorts” to “lingerie”, which seems more appropriate. I had been conflicted about the “shorts” category all along anyway, wondering if it was the right one.

I mean really, pettipants are an undergarment, but if some weirdo (like myself) wanted to wear them alone/not under a dress they could, so they belong in the “lingerie” section. My sister-in-law also advised me to give the inseam info, for short people.

I’ve seen sellers on Etsy give the height of the “model”, (often the sellers themselves), so I added that as well. 5’8, last I measured! Corinne, are you reading this? Still want to be my “petite” model?

We ran out of oil again last night, so it is b-r-i-s-k in here this morning as I wait for the oil company to call me back. Next time we move, I am making sure we don’t have to deal with an oil burning furnace. This is ridic!
